For 2026, we now offer Fisher Place Ghyll - the biggest and best Canyon experience in the Lake District!

The MobileAdventure Package

We try hard to keep our prices competitive whilst maintaining our high quality of both equipment and staff. On each of our trips you will find a typical price in the essential information box. This is the price for one individual, however group discounts are available for larger groups (group size 12 or more), and we recommend you contact us for the latest prices, as we may have offers running.

Our ethos is simple - to be the best in Keswick! After 10 years of working in the industry prior to setting up MobileAdventure 20 years ago, we decided to never scrimp on equipment, staff qualifications or customer focus. Many companies claim to be the best adventure centre, try us or give us a call and we'll show you why we are!

Although we have always provided free photos of your trip as standard, we now offer the option of hiring our GoPro equipped helmet for only £15. We will then send you a AI edit of the footage + all the raw footage for you to enjoy at your leisure. Please say at the time of booking if you want this extra service, it really is an excellent way of remembering your trip to Keswick.

     Great morning on the Ghyll
Another great session by the team at Mobile adventure. We took a group of 18 (Scouts) for our second year running. The young people had an amazing time, apparently it was even better than last year. From booking, communications and the activity, the service was excellent and we will be coming back again next year.

     Canoe raft on derwentwater
We had a canoe raft for family of 5 on derwentwater. Even though the weather was rubbish we still throughly enjoyed it. Jay the host was funny and informative. Had a fab time thanks.

     Adventures scrambling in Stonycroft Ghyll
One parent and three teenage children got kitted out in wetsuits, vests and helmets the parking area. This meeting point wasn’t difficult to find, and a few minutes drive from Keswick, with the instructions provided by John. After about a 15 minute uphill walk we began our decent through the stream. This was action packed, involving some walking between “obstacles” where our guide, Steve, instructed us how to best navigate them - sliding, jumping and bellyflopping, our journey down. Steve was vey knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging and took several photos of our journey. We spent over an hour in the water. It was a rainy day but it wasn’t noticeable being already wet but dressed for it. It was quite tricky at points but a very fun experience. There were 9 in our group in total plus Steve. We’d definitely do something similar again and book with Mobile Adventure.

     Excellent experience
My two children attended a SUP taster session during the school holidays led by instructor J. Absolutely amazing experience from first booking right through to the end of the SUP session. J explained things to them very well and they were confident to give things a try under his expert guidance. They had such a good time the first thing they asked was if they could do it again, I would definitely book them another session the next time we are visiting Keswick. Thanks especially to J for making the session so enjoyable and informative for them.

     Great way to spend the afternoon
Paddleboarding was a fabulous way to experience the stunning beauty that surrounds Keswick. Andy also shared some interesting information about the buildings that could be seen from the water. Great fun - would definitely recommend! Thank you!
